Every single project is assigned a Project Manager, who would remain as your point of contact throughout the life cycle of the project. We estimate your cost, schedule your project, sub- contract the construction activities, and order the materials. We deliver strict, unified management and control over every hour of construction to deliver high quality work. On time, and budget.

The service charge would be 15% of the construction cost. We pay penalties if we go over time or budget.
